My name is Ryan Winch and I will collaborate with you on your next project to get it done and make it awesome.  Am I a master?  No, Or at least no organization has granted me such an honorable distinction, but I love what I do and I always give it my best.  I sometimes fail, but I invite feedback.  I am thick skinned and not easily offended.  8 years of military service can have that effect.  I am constantly seeking growth both in my life and in aiding others.
